To schedule a cleaning, simply click “Book Now”. Then fill out details regarding what cleaning you need, the size of your home, and what time and date you want the cleaning.

We will send you a confirmation via SMS and email as soon as we determine a cleaner for your job.

Yes, as soon as you book your first cleaning you will create a log-in to manage your bookings and future cleanings. Within your account, you will be able to modify and reschedule cleanings up to 24 hours before your scheduled service without a charge. You can also contact us to modify your booking.

It is not required that you are there for your cleaning, however, we recommend that you are there to do a final look around. Additionally, if you are not there our cleaners will need additional information to enter your house and clean it at the scheduled time. If it is your first time scheduling a cleaning with us, our cleaning techs always appreciate meeting you!

Yes, it is very helpful to us especially after the first visit. We know life happens and ensuring that our cleaning pros have access to your home for the scheduled clean when you may not be there guarantees your home gets cleaned in a timely and manner.

At BetterHome Maids we like to keep it simple. We have our classic clean, which covers all your essentials and any add-ons you may want. If you are moving in or moving out, our reset clean is everything included in the classic clean plus several extras such as inside cabinets for a bundled price.

Cancellation Policy: We allow cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the cleaning is cancelled within 24 hours of the booked appointment, we charge a $100 fee. To cancel an appointment, log onto your online platform to make any modifications or give us a call.
Refund Policy: We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not happy with your clean, please let us know and we will schedule a touch up clean at no additional cost.

If our cleaners determine that the home is unsafe or too dirty to clean due to biohazards, hoarding, or other reasons, we will not clean the home and a cancellation fee will be charged. We offer premier general home cleaning services and expect that the conditions of the house allow us to do so in a safe and timely manner. If we cannot meet those standards, a cancellation fee is charged to account for the cleaner’s time.
